Arhaus (NASDAQ: ARHS) Stock Soars on Strong Q2 Earnings and Analyst Upgrade

Arhaus (NASDAQ: ARHS) is a premium home furnishing company that sells furniture and home decor. The company operates through a network of retail showrooms and an e-commerce website. It focuses on providing high-quality, artisan-crafted products to its clients, positioning itself in the luxury segment of the home goods market.

Following what the firm called a "very impressive" second quarter, an analyst from Craig-Hallum upgraded Arhaus to a "Buy" rating. The analyst also set a new price target of $12.00 per share. At the time of the announcement, the stock was trading at $9.68, which represents a potential upside of approximately 24%.

The upgrade is supported by the company's strong financial results. Arhaus reported record net revenue of approximately $385 million for its second quarter, a 7.4% increase from the previous year. As highlighted by Zacks, its quarterly earnings of $0.28 per share also beat analyst estimates of $0.16 by a significant 75%.

This performance is driven by strong customer demand across the business. The company saw a 12.5% increase in Comparable Written Sales, which tracks orders placed by customers. Its gross margin, the profit made on sales, also rose 16.1% to $172 million. This figure includes a notable $23.8 million benefit from a tariff refund.

CEO John Reed notes that clients continue to invest in larger home projects without trading down to cheaper options. He points to strong demand for upholstery, outdoor products, and customization as key factors. This reflects continued client engagement and momentum across the company's sales channels.
