Known for its iconic green and yellow tractors, Deere competes with industry giants like Caterpillar and CNH Industrial. The company maintains a strong focus on innovation and customer support, ensuring its products meet the evolving needs of its users.

Recently, Deere announced a settlement in the "right to repair" antitrust litigation in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. This settlement addresses the 2022 complaint without admitting any wrongdoing. Denver Caldwell, Vice President of Aftermarket and Customer Support, emphasized Deere's dedication to providing repair resources to customers and service providers.

As part of the settlement, Deere will create a class settlement fund to compensate class members and cover legal fees.
