Aegon Ltd. (AEG) Prepares for 2025 Annual Report Amid Strategic Shifts

Aegon Ltd. (AEG) Nears Annual Report Date as Strategic Transition Stays in Focus

Aegon Ltd. (NYSE: AEG) headquartered in Schiphol, the Netherlands, domiciled in Bermuda, and listed on both Euronext Amsterdam and the New York Stock Exchange. In Aegon’s official 2026 calendar, March 26, 2026 is listed as the date of its 2025 Annual Report, while 4Q 2025 results were released on February 19, 2026 and 2Q 2026 results are scheduled for August 20, 2026.

That distinction matters because some third-party earnings calendars still present March 26 as a quarterly earnings date and attach an analyst EPS estimate of about $0.48 per share. Aegon’s own disclosure framework points in a different direction: at its 2025 Capital Markets Day, the company said it would stop publishing trading updates in 2026 and 2027, limiting disclosures to more comprehensive half-year reporting as it works through its strategic transition.

The company’s most recent official results, published on February 19, 2026, showed a second-half 2025 net result of EUR 375 million, an operating result of EUR 858 million, full-year 2025 operating result of EUR 1.7 billion, and full-year free cash flow of EUR 829 million

Alongside its reporting calendar, Aegon has also been active on the governance front. On March 25, 2026, the company said Marco Keim had been nominated to succeed Lard Friese as a non-independent member of the Supervisory Board of a.s.r. Aegon said it holds an approximately 24% strategic stake in the Dutch insurer, and the proposal is due to be voted on at a.s.r.’s Annual General Meeting on May 20, 2026.

AEG still presents itself as a low-multiple name, with a P/E ratio of 7.56, price-to-sales ratio of 0.40, enterprise-value-to-sales ratio of 0.44, and an earnings yield of 13.23%. At the same time, the stock’s profile continues to reflect caution around cash-flow interpretation, with an enterprise value to operating cash flow ratio of -166.60 and a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.46.
