The Harding Loevner International Equity Portfolio strategically allocates capital to businesses located in established economies outside the United States, in addition to those operating within emerging and frontier markets. Typically, a substantial portion—at least 80%—of its total net assets (which may include leveraged capital from borrowings) is dedicated to international equity-related instruments. This encompasses ordinary shares, preference shares, subscription rights, and stock warrants issued by companies domiciled beyond the U.S. borders.
