This fund primarily targets investments in companies whose shares are traded on U.S. national securities exchanges. This also includes foreign entities whose stock is accessible through American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), which are dollar-denominated representations of overseas companies listed on these domestic platforms. A substantial portion of its capital—at least 80% of its net assets—is allocated to large-capitalization corporations.
