Rezolve AI (RZLV): Rapid Revenue Growth, But Losses Widen

Rezolve AI (NASDAQ: RZLV) Reports Rapid Revenue Growth as Losses Widen

Rezolve AI (NASDAQ: RZLV) is a London-based artificial intelligence company specializing in commerce technology. Its Brain Suite platform helps retailers, brands, and financial institutions use AI to improve product discovery, customer engagement, and digital transactions.

On September 1, 2026, Rezolve AI reported revenue of $130.8 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026. This represented an increase of approximately 1,970% from $6.3 million in the first half of 2025 and was nearly three times the company’s revenue for all of 2025. However, the result was reportedly about $1.2 million below the consensus estimate of approximately $132 million

Despite the sharp revenue increase, Rezolve AI remained unprofitable. The company reported an EPS loss of $0.35, missing the estimated loss of $0.15. Its net loss widened to approximately $139.5 million from $57.9 million in the corresponding period of 2025, while its operating loss increased to $128.1 million from $32.4 million.

The results included $67.5 million in non-cash charges, consisting of $41.5 million in share-based compensation, $20.4 million in depreciation and amortization, and $5.6 million in impairment charges. These items materially affected the loss but did not account for all of it. Rezolve AI also continued investing in sales, marketing, enterprise implementation, and infrastructure.

Gross profit increased to $63.9 million from $6 million, but gross margin declined to 48.9% from 95.2%. The lower margin reflected a broader revenue mix that now includes software, professional services, loyalty programs, and platform activities. Net cash used in operating activities also increased to approximately $96.1 million, highlighting continued cash consumption.

Operationally, Rezolve AI said its customer base exceeded 1,640, compared with more than 950 at the end of 2025. Part of this expansion followed acquisitions, including the February purchase of Reward Loyalty, meaning the customer growth should not be viewed as entirely organic.

Distribution relationships with Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT), Google (NASDAQ: GOOGL), Tata Consultancy Services, and Tech Mahindra provide access to broader enterprise markets. Google is also deploying Rezolve AI’s distributed database technology within Google Cloud to support indexing and data pipelines covering approximately 100 terabytes of data across 10 blockchain networks.

Management reaffirmed its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of approximately $360 million and its target of reaching at least $500 million in annual recurring revenue by year-end. Achieving the revenue forecast would require approximately $229 million in second-half revenue, about 75% more than the company generated in the first half. Management expects retail seasonality, enterprise deployments, partner distribution, and infrastructure licensing to support this second-half weighting.
