Samsara Inc. (NYSE:IOT) jumped more than 17% Friday after reporting fiscal second-quarter results that topped expectations and issuing guidance well above Street forecasts, citing strong momentum from AI-related demand.
The company posted adjusted EPS of $0.12 on revenue of $391.5 million for the quarter ended August 3, beating analyst estimates of $0.07 and $372.2 million. Customers with annual recurring revenue above $100,000 generated about $1 billion in ARR, up 35% year-over-year.
For Q3, Samsara forecast EPS of $0.83–$0.84 and revenue of $398–$400 million, above consensus of $0.10 and $372.2 million. Q4 EPS was guided at $0.11–$0.12 on revenue of $398–$400 million. For FY26, the company projected EPS of $0.45–$0.47 and revenue of $1.574–$1.578 billion, topping expectations of $0.41 and $1.55 billion.
