Ondas Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS) Reports Strong Q4 Revenue Beat but Misses on EPS

Ondas Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS) is a provider of autonomous aerial and ground robotics intelligence (through its Ondas Autonomous Systems segment) and private wireless networking solutions (Ondas Networks).

On March 23, 2026, the company reported its fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial results (preliminary results had been pre-announced earlier).

The revenue strength was driven primarily by the Ondas Autonomous Systems segment ($29.6 million in Q4), which benefited from shipments related to Iron Drone, Optimus systems, and contributions from recent acquisitions. Ondas Networks contributed a modest $0.5 million.

Full-Year 2025 Highlights

2026 Outlook Ondas significantly raised its fiscal 2026 revenue target to at least $375 million (more than double the prior $170–$180 million guidance that excluded new acquisitions). The company also provided a Q1 2026 revenue target of $38–$40 million. Management cited a strong backlog of $68.3 million and momentum from both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
